I am stuck. The scale is stuck. I just can’t get under 150 lbs. I am demoralized. I am tired of eating only meat and veggies and drinking tons of liquids.

If I eat any carbs, I gain a couple of pounds the next day and my face gets all puffy. What will happen when I finally get off this diet and go back to eating normally (a lot less, but normally)?

So I’m bummed. I know I need to start exercising. But that’s something I have to be ready for. Then I will really rock the gym and the treadmill and the elliptical. Only when I’m ready.

So right now, I am stuck. And will remain so until I get up the gumption to start the exercise I know I need to lose the rest of the weight and get really healthy.
